Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support (emails, scheduling, document handling)
  • Data entry and basic reporting
  • Liaising with clients and team members
  • Managing files and maintaining records
  • Supporting internal communications and task coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic cloud tools (e.g. Google Drive)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and professional attitude
