The Story Behind
Working Holiday Staffing.

Working Holiday Staffing is a family-owned Australian business led by Managing Director Edwin, with support from Business Development Manager Romy-Faye, Client Relationship Manager Henriette and Operations Manager Dylan (son of Henriette and Edwin).

The idea for Working Holiday Staffing was born out of Dylan’s experience as a Working Holiday Visa holder in Australia.
While actively searching for employment, he encountered a recurring challenge faced by many on a Working Holiday Visa: highly qualified professionals struggling to access roles that offer more than short-term or ad-hoc work.
Like many others, Dylan was looking for opportunities that not only matched his skills and experience, but also provided a realistic pathway to longer-term employment and the possibility of staying in Australia.

When Dylan made the move from the Netherlands to Australia permanently, he suggested to his parents - both successful entrepreneurs - that they set up a business with a focus on solving these problems.

Working Holiday Staffing is built around two core principles:
